Printer friendly pageIt is unfortunate that Maine’s elected representatives are not speaking out on the issue of the Quimby proposal for a national park in Northern Maine. Considering how much they claim to work for the “people of Maine” the lack of action on this issue speaks volumes.
Maine politicians, especially at the national level, seem to live in fear of the environmental lobby and are ignoring their duties to local Mainers to please that lobby.
